Donate and join the nationwide movement and make a huge difference to the lives of women subjected to domestic abuse.


We’re inviting people all over Ireland to come together and #StandStrong in support of these women by completing the Warrior Pose.


What is the Warrior Pose?


A well-known and iconic yoga move that’s said to bring us strength, focus, confidence and courage.




You can do it with family, friends or alone. 


In a park. At the beach. In your home. 


Just remember to take a photo and share it online with #StandStrong


Why get involved?


We want to show women subjected to domestic abuse that they’re not alone. The whole country is behind them. 


That’s why we’d love you to help us flood social media with Warrior Pose imagery to raise awareness about the issue, and raise much needed funds.


We want women to see the strength within themselves, and know that the nation is supporting them.


How To Do Warrior Pose:

Step 1

Stand with your feet wide apart. Extend your arms straight out from your sides. Relax your shoulders.

Step 2

Turn your left foot out 90 degrees, then bend your knee into a lunge. Turn your head to the left and look over your fingers.


Please complete the pose in whatever way feels right for you.
